Lucky guy wins an 86 courtesy of Toyota genuine parts

Paul Guy from D-Line Smash Repairs in Warragul, Victoria, has won a brand new Toyota 86 sports car in a Toyota Genuine Parts trade competition.
Mr Guy recently took delivery of his sparkling new Toyota 86 GTS which is finished in Crystal White Pearl and fitted with a range of Toyota Genuine
Accessories, including the new TRD 18-inch alloy wheels, Rear Park Assist, interior illumination and panel customisation, as well as a lowering spring set
and sway bars.
Run over five months from June to September this year, the competition encouraged Toyota trade customers to register and accrue points for every Genuine
Toyota Parts item they purchased from a nominated Toyota dealer.
?I didn?t believe it at first when I got the call, and then when it became clear I?d actually won the car I was kind of speechless,? Paul said.
?It?s an impressive package and is loaded with extra equipment. I might even get it out on the track and have a crack,? he said.
Vaughn Pappin from SmashCare Virginia in Brisbane scored the second prize of four two-day passes to a corporate suite at the Sydney 500, the Virgin
Australia Supercars Championship season finale at Homebush (Dec 2?4).
The Homebush event also marks the final round of the 2016 season for the Toyota 86 Racing Series which has run as a key support category at selected rounds
of the Supercars championship.
Designed to provide an entry point and training ground for up-and-coming drivers, the Toyota 86 Racing Series offers a confirmed prize pool of $125,000,
with any one of five entrants still realistically able to take out the series title at Homebush.
Monthly competition prize draws also reinforced the 86 motorsport connection with winners awarded an official Toyota 86 Racing Series pit crew jacket.
